Yoga Retreat Sept. 12-14

Yoga and Meditation Retreat
Talent, Oregon

A weekend yoga retreat in this idyllic rural setting is an ideal time to slow down and take some time to nourish body and mind.
Join seasoned local yoga teacher Kelly Birch in a program of yoga and meditation suitable for all levels, including those with no prior yoga experience. There will be group classes in which poses can be adapted for individual needs and time for Q&A. You can attend this retreat to begin a yoga practice, renew a yoga practice, or simply to take the time to immerse yourself in the contemplative practices of yoga and meditation in a serene rural setting. This retreat is intended to be rejuvenating as well as to provide you with tools to take home and practice yoga on your own.

Yoga movement can be adapted to each individual. Private sessions of yoga therapy to address specific physical, emotional, or spiritual needs will also be offered. This will be an intimate retreat limited to ten participants.

• YOGA: four yoga classes over the weekend plus an option for yoga therapy.*
• MEDITATION: meditation practices, suitable for beginners, are included throughout the weekend.
• HOT TUB: relax and enjoy a soak in the outdoor spa.
• OUTDOOR SPACES: take a stroll in nature, sit quietly by the pond, enjoy the rescued animals.
• MEALS: the cuisine is organic, vegetarian/vegan, and delicious. We use fresh vegetables and herbs from the organic garden
for superb flavors. A hearty brunch will be the main meal of the day. A light breakfast and dinner are also included.
• ACCOMMODATIONS: a variety of private accommodations are available, from the sweetly appointed bed-and-breakfast suite
to the comfy studio with kitchenette.

*Yoga therapy is offered to individuals for an extra charge and can be arranged directly with the instructor upon arrival. For more information on yoga therapy visit Kelly’s website at
